A 28-year-old female with a complex metabolic disorder, including non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), hypertension (HTN), dyslipidemia (DLP), and Obesity Disorder, successfully implemented continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) under our guidance. By using CGM, she identified foods that negatively impacted her health and gradually eliminated them from her diet. Alongside medical interventions, these lifestyle changes enabled her to lose over 30 pounds.
As a result, she no longer has dyslipidemia or hypertension, and her NAFLD has significantly improved. Beyond the clinical outcomes, she reports feeling healthier, having more energy, and being able to engage in a variety of enjoyable activities. Additionally, she has been able to achieve more of her personal and professional goals, further enhancing her overall quality of life.
