A 30 year old female presents with chronic migraines, neck pain and sensation of head heaviness. She was having difficulty functioning both at work and at home especially with tasks dependent on her needing to maintain prolonged sitting postures. Using a multimodal approach, we have managed to improve these symptoms by: (1) reconciling her migraine medications, (2) performeing Botox injections for her migraines that she had done previously with other providers but states ours was more effective, (3) diagnosed with imaging as well as confirmed with diagnostic/therapeutic injections the presence of craniocervical instability. She continues to report significant improvement in her head and neck symptoms.
