57 year-old female with history of rheumatoid arthritis who was on a biologic, but continued to have diffuse pain and carried diagnoses of fibromyalgia, hypermobility, mast cell activation syndrome, POTS and more. We identified undertreated areas of hypermobility which were significantly affecting her ability to sit and walk, and with prolotherapy to the sacroiliac joints and hips, she was able to sit, travel, walk and function in a way that transformed her life. Next we focused on the brain fog and diagnosed atypical migraines, which lifted with treatment, and allowed her to function longer and more effectively throughout the day. Now we identify issues as they come up while continuing to make improvements and optimize management of the already identified issues.
